A Day Worth A Million.
If today isn't worth blogging about, I don't know which day is.
---
I slept at 2 yesterday, coz I was abit restless about Moral Test today; for some stupid reason.
I studied the whole afternoon but decided that, hey, I'll study just a little bit more before I sleep.
And actually, I stopped at around 12.30 or 1-ish. But I all of a sudden had the mood to go look around in my room and look at the junk I haven't looked at for a long time, like my stamp collection book. Weird I know.
I then started randomly taking books out from the random books in my rack. They were old books that I haven't read in a long time so I took a glance at some of em. Mana tau, I ended up really reading them. =.=
Thus the late sleep time. >.<
I awoke today from a strange dream which I can't recall about. Feeling fuzzy, I whacked the snooze button twice before waking up at 6.50. I have a habit of going to school earlier on test days. Lol. And so I did.
And soon I was in McD, reading that dreaded Moral text book, memorizing the Noble Eightfold Path and the Ten Commandments. LOL. And soon, it was paper time. Surprisingly, I bloody owned it. I could answer the questions and I was bloody proud. Turns out my friends had a different story about it. Apparently, I was being overly kiasu. XD [and that's why I owned the paper =P]
What an awesome start to the day I thought. What better way to kick off than with opening a can of whoop ass on a paper like Moral? XD We went out of class at around 8 something or 9, which is really early, and we went to hang out at the library for a while. Then as usual, temptation takes over and we all head to FTZ to play.....DOTA. @.@
We've had a damn losing streak for like weeks. Everytime we play, we will be thisssss close to victory and then the other team would all of a sudden lash back at us and we'd lose like heck. So, we went into FTZ with the expectation of losing. But blessed we were. Oh how blessed we were.
We broke our losing streak. By a long run. >o<
We totally owned the other team. Just like that. It was like we were on crack. We pwned heads like never before. I personally had 5 kills and 0 deaths with 11 assists. I had never played a game of DOTA where I have not died. What more win... YOSH!!!!
I felt so high leaving FTZ, feeling at the top of the world. First I own a paper, and now I owned at DOTA. And it's not even 12 oclock yet! I could see the best was yet to come.....
Because after school today, I was to go to my dear's house to help her with computer stuffles and to install this new wireless modem/router which I helped her buy. I mean, what? To my girlfriend's house, right after class, and stay there for a long time? OH MY GOD, THAT'S AWESOME!
And so that happened. And oh boy, was I having the time of my life. Having the company of someone you love so much, nothing beats that. Ever. <3
Eventhough the modem/router was a bitch to configure, I felt none of the frustration as she was around. I thought it couldn't be done today, but perseverance got me through. And finally, by the grace of whatever it is that's making my day so damn sweet, it worked. It really worked. I believe we spent 5 hours doing that, and actually, all it took was some info that was written on a piece of paper.
I have never felt so good, so satisfied, so happy, so elated.
Finally, everything was working! The effort and hardwork was worth it. Not giving up was worth it. It was. It so was..... I couldn't have done it without her standing behind me the whole time, literally. She's like my very own aspirin ya know? XD
And what happened next was totally out of my expectations, no, imagination. Her mom invited me to stay for dinner. WHAT? DINNER? AT HER HOUSE? ALONE? WITH HER WHOLE FAMILY? REALLY? HAH? WHAT? WHAT? WHAT? oh. my. god.
And so it happened. It did. It really did. I was there, dining with her whole family; dad, mom, sister, her. It was so much pressure but it was like having a dream playing out right there. It's not happening I thought. But it was. It really was.... I had a really nice dinner with really nice people. =D It was totally out of this world.
I'm still stoked by that fact though it's been around 2 hours since that happened. I'm still trying to process the whole day and how it's simply the best day I've ever had. Totally unique, totally awesome. I'm tired from the whole ordeal, but from the elation, I don't feel it at all. I'm high. Totally high.
What a day. And it's not ending yet. Not just yet.
I love today. I love living. I love her.
